Observationer
The buildup to the reveal of the possession is really quite excellently executed. I almost didn't notice the little warnings until Captain Howdy showed up.
It really illustrates how used we've become to extradiegetic music telling us what to expect and dread.
I suppose it could be specific to this "extended director's cut". It is acting as if it had all the time in the world.
Who taught father Karras CPR? A pneumatic hammer?
