In 2005, legendary pianist Daniel Barenboim performed the complete Beethoven piano sonatas over 8 concerts in 2 weeks at the Staatsoper in Berlin. These definitive performances were lavishly filmed and beautifully produced, and are now presented here in a.32 sonatas recorded during a series of eight concerts which took place in the summer of 2005 at the Berlin State Opera House.
